How Exercise is applied to assist Depression... The link.. simple.. Exercise can be utilised  to assist Depression? 

It is in the stats how exercise can assist with depression.  Changing our physiology can affect our mood and how we apply ourselves.  This article is particularly prominent to me and I wanted to share this with you.   I am passionate about mental health and exercise, running particularly (even if you are shaking your head thinking - "Running.. oh no that's not for me" ) the point is to move your body and get those endorphins flowing.  It can be anything that gives you that lovely buzz and sense of wellbeing, it may be walking, swimming, dancing, boxing, cycling, football, yoga, pliates... the list is endless..  The article is a good read... enjoy..
